Shipping Options For Multi-Unit Orders

Merchants control how orders are shipped although most channels have routing guides that should be followed.
For multi-unit orders, there are three options:

Ship each unit individually via FedEx, UPS or USPS

1. This method is preferred by most B2C channels. Ensure you have your shipping carrier settings set correctly in your the warehouse settings.
2. Use auto-generate label rules or select the carrier method and click "generate labels"

Combine the units into master cartons and ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS

1. Use shipping and fulfillment to combine cartons. 
2. Select the preferred carrier method and click "generate labels"

Use a trucking or LTL option and manually input the BOL and shipping details

1. Manually create a freight label and use shipping and fulfillment to combine cartons.
2. Select the freight shipping method used and use the "enter tracking" option
3. Once the order is picked up by the carrier, go back to the shipment and use the dropdown menu to "mark as picked up".
