Most partners have settings to avoid receiving orders shipping to a PO Box.
If, for some reason, an order with a PO Box address makes it through, it will fall into a status of 'Invalid Ship To' in the Orders page in Quipt.
To resolve this, you will have to ship via Smart Post, Sure Post or USPS service. If you do not have these services or can't meet the delivery time-frame, you can either:
- call the customer for a physical street address
or - cancel the order entirely
*NOTE: For high value orders it is recommended you receive written authorization from the end-user to avoid a charge back.
If you are able to obtain a physical address from the customer, then you can follow the steps within the message modal to 'Fix Address' and insert the new physical address. Then you will confirm, and Quipt will attempt to create a shipping label.
Likewise, if you are able to change the carrier to one of the three listed above, you will confirm changes, and Quipt will attempt to create a shipping label.
The last resort should be to cancel the order entirely.
