Possible Errors:
The inventory in FBA does not match the QTY in Quipt.
Identification
Open history - you can confirm by seeing a message from the the API with verbiage such as:
note: 'cd23cef6-8688-4652-9807-b1afc34a9ef6' in this case is the order identification number in Seller Central. You will notice that this format is the same for all other non-amazon FBA orders in Seller Central.
This is similar to an inventory out of stock order. and should be treated the same.
Resolutions
1. Reach out to your CSM to clear the action required state from the retailers viewpoint.
2. You will need to find a replacement unit to ship from your warehouse, an upgrade, or cancel the order.
*ensure that the inventory is allocated to the Quipt SKU if you are upgrade or backorder.
