Channel Sync Guide

If you have decided you want to sell on Stack Commerce, your CSM can make an introduction. Introductions require 90 days on Quipt or a sizable existing marketplace business. You will need to include your legal business name, main contact name, phone and email. Please allow 1-5 days for a response. If you are approved, you will receive a contract via Docusign.

In order to launch, these are the required steps:

- Login to your Vendor Portal .
- Select “Account” on the left-hand side, then select the “Payment Info” tab.
- Fill out all partner information in 3 simple steps. Ensure you’ve selected your payment method, and have completed your proper tax form. *For questions, please contact their finance team at ap@stackcommerce.com.
- If you already have an existing account with published products, this gives you 2 options:
- Delete existing content in Stack Commerce and use Quipt as the source of truth. This means all products will need to be built out in Quipt prior to syncing Stack Commerce. After deleting your existing catalog in Stack Commerce, Quipt will rebuild listings based on content that you have built out in our app.
- Link Quipt to your existing product listings in Stack Commerce. All content in Stack Commerce will still need be built out in Quipt prior to turning on the sync. This will prevent high-traffic listings from seeing any downtime, and ensure your order flow continues without interruption.
- To link content with Stack Commerce, ensure the SKUs you build in Quipt match those in Stack Commerce. The SKU number matching is what links the listings.
- Once you are able to login to your Stack Commerce account, you will need to provide Quipt with access.
- Input your username and password in Partner Settings and complete the rest of settings/policies.

- Now you are ready to turn on products and start receiving orders and posting tracking through the integration. When you turn on a product, a file will be sent to Stack Commerce and they will upload any deals they want to promote. Orders and tracking are exchanged hourly using your portal login credentials, so be sure to change them in Quipt if you ever change them.
Your listings will show under Sales:
Orders will show as Open until tracking is successfully posted moving them to Shipped:
