IQ Reseller Sync Guide

Syncing IQ Reseller with Quipt;

1. Get API Key from IQ Reseller
• Log into the IQ reseller portal  with administrative rights.
• Click on the Add API User button to add the API user.
• A pop-up form will prompt the input of a First Name, Last Name, and Email. This information is not used for any contact or user-related purposes. To ensure a previous user has not already been used within IQ Reseller a fake email should be used, i.e. 'iqr@<companyname>.com' Once saved, an API key is populated with ability to copy the key to clip board.  User can close the box by clicking cancel button.
• Send API key to the Onboarding Team ([e-mail]).
2. Designate "Sales Rep"
• Within IQ Reseller you have the ability to tie orders to sales reps. Quipt can automatically send the Sales Rep Code for every order dropped to IQ Reseller.
• Send Sales Rep Code to the Onboarding Team ([e-mail]).
  
  
3. Provide Warehouse Locations
• Access your warehouse locations list using this link
• Collect all values from "warehouse" to include with inventory import. Only products within these warehouse locations will sync with Quipt
• Provide Warehouse location names to the Onboarding Team ([e-mail]).
