Settings
Include Inventory for Reps(s):
If you have inventory sorted by sales rep code in IQR, you can use this to filter which inventory will sync with Quipt. Enter in codes (separated by a comma) here that you'd like to sync. If you leave it blank, Quipt will sync all inventory.
Allocate Serials #:
Quipt can allocate serial numbers to orders. This will tell your warehouse to pick a certain serial number for the order. Alternatively, if you'd like to allocate serial numbers when you pick the order, leave this set to "Do not allocate"
On Allocate:
When an order is allocated, do you want Quipt to generate a shipping label automatically? Use "Generate" option or "No change" if you'd like to manually create order shipping labels.
Sales Representative :
This allows you to add a sales rep code that will be booked on every order. This is a mandatory field and can only be one code.
Set up Warehouse
Navigate to Company Settings
Add a "Warehouse Location"
Fill out the following details.
Please note that the location code needs to be "MAIN" to sync with your warehouse in IQR.
