Cause:
An order falling into 'Late Shipment' status means that the order does not have a tracking number associated with the order and it did not ship on time.
Fixes:
To take action on a shipment, you need to go to orders, and then to the 'Shipping & Fulfillment' tab.
- If this is a multi-unit order, follow the Shipping Options For Multi-Unit Orders and Multi-Unit Shipment Processing KBs.
- If you have your shipping accounts linked to Quipt, generate a shipping label and then ship the order.

- If you do not have shipping accounts linked, manually enter the tracking information used to ship the order.
