Wish Feed Rejection Resolutions

Error Message Description	Reason for Error	Resolution
"Content: Unsupported export category. Build within retailer's portal manually."	This error occurs when you are trying to publish an item to a category that is not currently supported on Quipt.	If we wanted to publish as soon as possible, the item can be built out manually in the marketplaces' portal. For a long-term resolution, please email [e-mail] to get an estimate on the time it will take to get your desired category supported.
“Content: Code:1000 Message:shipping_cost exceeds maximum value of 1000.”	This error occurs because the shipping cost for the item exceeds the maximum for Wish.	The only way to resolve this error is to lower the shipping cost for the item. Once you have done that, don't forget to move the Content and Price & Availability statues' to 'Pending Export' to push the updated information to Wish.
"Missing 'Apple' mapping to a Wish brand. Contact marketplace manager to add mapping."	Issue occurs for one of 2 reasons: 1. Your Brand is in the Wish Brand Directory but we don't have it mapped 2. Your Brand is not in the Wish Brand Directory and needs be added in order for us to map it	1. Go to Wish Brand Directory 2. Search your brand to see if it's in the the brand directory 3. If yes it is, copy the alphnumberical code Wish shows next to the brand, and send to [e-mail] so we can map it 4. If no, it is not in the directory, click on 'Suggest a brand' on the Wish page, and follow the on-screen steps to add your brand. 5. Once you click to submit your brand suggestion, it can take up to 24 hours for Wish to approve it, so make sure to check the Your Suggested Brands page periodically 6. Once Wish approves your brand suggestion, copy the alphanumerical code Wish shows next to the brand, and send to [e-mail] so we can map it using our internal guide
