Error Message Description	Reason for Error	Resolution
"Content: Unsupported export category. Build within retailer's portal manually."	This error occurs when you are trying to publish an item to a category that is not currently supported on Quipt.	If we wanted to publish as soon as possible, the item can be built out manually in the marketplaces' portal. For a long-term resolution, please email [e-mail] to get an estimate on the time it will take to get your desired category supported.
"Content: Item Expired. Change content status to 'Pending Export' to rebuild."	This error occurs because the item has expired on the Google Shopping Marketplace.	1. To resolve this rejection, simply change the Content Status of the item to 'Pending Export' for the Google Shopping channel.
Error 400: [item id] Invalid item id: Error.	This error occurs because the item ID provided was invalid.	To resolve, contact [e-mail] with the item SKU, the channel it is being rejected on, and the rejection message.
Disapproved by Google. Item level issue. To resolve, contact [e-mail] with the item SKU, the channel it is being rejected on, and the rejection message.
Error 409: [productId] Product ID is already modified by another entry in the same request for merchant and store code online.	This error occurs when there are multiple requests sent to modify the products' information at a given time.	To resolve, contact [e-mail] with the item SKU, the channel it is being rejected on, and the rejection message.

This error occurs when you use a restricted unique identifier (GTIN), which is a 12-digit code to identify your item. The number you use cannot begin with 2, 02, or 04. For more information, see this Google Merchant Center Article	To resolve, you just need to change the UPC in Quipt so that it does not begin with the invalid numbers. To do so, Go to the inventory tab in Quipt, and find the item with the issue. Click on the item to open the drawer, find the 'Physical Inventory' tab and then click the 'Edit Product' button. Open the Offer Details section, and you will be able to clear out the old UPC, and insert a new, valid one. Follow the cues to save your work.
