Inventory Templates

Downloads a template file for given sub-category, with all attributes that the category contains. Template is used for bulk-uploading inventory into Quipt

Downloading Inventory Templates

1. To access, click on 'Inventory Template' for any sub-category in the Category Manager
   
2. The downloaded file contains column-separated attribute fields

Uploading Inventory Templates

1. To upload a completed Inventory Template file, click on the Quipt 'Inventory' tab (left side of screen)
   
2. Click on the down arrow next to 'Create Inventory', and select the 'Upload Inventory' option
   
3. This opens the following drawer for uploading inventory
   
4. Click on 'File Type' and select 'Quipt's Content Template' from the available options
   
5. Click 'Choose File' to select the file you're uploading and then click 'Upload' to start the import process
    

**Content uploads are queued, so they will not be available immediately.  You can check the status within jobs, here
