PCW leadership have identified Quipt clients as a pilot opportunity to drive sales by adding select products to a promotional campaign on PC Wholesale’s deal sheet.

Submission:
Products must be submitted to PCW to get on the promotion schedule. Requests can be sent to pcwsupport@synnex.com with the subject line – “Promotion Request”. Requests must include the PCW SKU.
PCW will set a promotion date and respond to the vendor. Specific dates may be requested but are subject to PCW final approval. Promotions are not generated on weekends, national holidays or PCW/SYNNEX non-work days.
Once approved, PCW will follow up with the vendor to ensure product is available on the day of the promotion.

Action in Quipt:
- Use the submit a promotion flow using your PC Wholesale outgoing feeds.
- Allocate the inventory you are setting aside for the promotion. This will ensure you are not overselling product while the promo is live.
Requirements:
Minimum quantity of 100 pcs
Minimum retail price of $250.00
Product must be created in Quipt and published in the PCW system
Vendor must own the stock and have it in their possession
Vendor must agree to hold product for 1 business day after the scheduled promotion end date
Confirm the photos adhere to Quipt's minimum standards.

Vendor must include an image of the product on a transparent background without watermark with a minimum resolution of 600 x 600 pixels. Image may only be of the specific item being sold. Accessories not shipped with the unit, such a display not included with a desktop PC, cannot be included in the image.
