Many channels have very specific image requirements, so for user ease, we have one set of image requirements listed below that satisfy the needs of all channels.
Size: 1000 x 1000 resolution is required for most channels. Use Google Images -> Search Tools and then filter to “Large” for the best results.
- Clear, clean, professional, white background – No branding or marketing (including watermarks).
- Image must relate to product being built exactly (double check colors and cross reference with other images to make sure the one you are using is accurate).
- Ensure no accessories are shown in image that are not included with product.
- Four unique images are required for promotions; but the more images the better! Try to show different sides/positions of the item, so that the consumer has the best possible idea of what they are getting.

Good Images:

Bad Images(and why):
Non-white backgrounds; image on right includes accessories not included with purchase

Image includes watermark

*Note: What you also cannot see above is that the resolution of the above three images is well below 500 x 500 for each image, while the resolution of the top three images are all 1000 x 1000 or above. This means the bottom item images (bad examples) would be blurry for the consumer, so channels will reject said items and they will remain unpublished until the item images meet requirements (1000 x 1000).
