Frequently Asked Questions

1. What should I do if the status is pending export for more than 60mins?

Answer: Check the status of your store synchronization in partners to ensure it is connected. If it is, submit a request here. Our team will respond on priority.

2. What should I do if the status is Received or Accepted for more than 24hrs?

Answer: This is possible for TDSynnex because of their throughput time and SHEIN and Reebelo because they manage the integrations. If it is for any other channel set Content and Price & Avail Statuses to pending export and save to re-trigger the process. Please also share the sku by submitting a request here.

3. What happens if the status shows published and I do not see my listing on the marketplace?

Answer: Start by searching the partner's portal to ensure your sku, quantity and price are accurate. If it is not, submit a a request here. If it is, you will likely see why the listing is not live and have to address directly with the partner.
