Steps for Newegg1P Publication
- Go to Feeds in Quipt
- Filter channel com, qty 5+, recovery $50+, statuses Exported and Pending Export (minimum qty and price required for Newegg.com)
- Click Export at top right in Quipt
- Delete all columns in excel file except for SKU
- Again in Quipt, go to Feeds
- Filter channel NeweggMP, status Published
- Click Export at top right in Quipt
- In Excel, copy all the SKU line items from your first file, to below the SKU line items in the second file.
- Select Conditional Formatting > Highlight Duplicates
- Go to filters, and filter for everything that is not highlighted. Delete these line items from the Google sheet. These are items still waiting on NeweggMP publication before Newegg.com can match against the NeweggMP Item# in order to publish
- In your second excel file, delete all the remaining SKUs you added from the first sheet. This should leave only those which are ready for publication on Newegg.com, and include a NeweggMP Item# in the Map ID column
- Using the Condition Column, filter so only anything “NOT” New is showing. Add a -RFB suffix to all of the SKUs. You can now clear your filter so everything is again showing
- Delete all columns, except for SKU and Map ID
- Save the file, and send to your Newegg.com content creation contact. Ask them to map and activate the items using the NeweggMP item# in the file to match against.
- Once your contact confirms items have been mapped and activated, go to your Newegg.com vendor portal (https://vendorportal.newegg.com/login)
- Go to Item Management (left side of the screen) > Item Processing
- At the top left, click Export all to excel
- Open the file once downloaded
- Delete all columns except for Vendor Part# and NE Part# (minimum necessary columns)
- Change the field names from Vendor Part# to PartNumber and NE Part# to ABSItemNumber
- Save file as a .xslx workbook
- Email file to newegg@getquipt.com and in the subject line put the Name of your organization (e.g. WeeklyCloseouts, PCW, or HubX)
- Within 30 minutes map IDs should be ingested into Quipt for your Newegg.com product feeds
