Here's a brief explanation of each tile within the Dashboard Report Card:
Transactions ($)
Total number of fulfilled orders within the selected timeframe
Inventory value ($)
Total value of all published listings (=Sum of all SKU's Quantity x Price)
Inventory Turns
How many times product sells out and then replaced with more quantity within the selected timeframe.
Exposure (%)
Compared to the total number of potential outgoing feeds, what is the percent of those feeds that are showing the "Published" status in Quipt.
Time to expose (Hours/Days)
This metric shows the average time is takes to publish a product after it's "completed"
Fulfilment Rate (%)
Based on how many orders come in, what is the percent of which that are shipped/fulfilled.
Fulfillment Time (Hours/Days)
How long, on average, after an order comes into Quipt, does it get marked as shipped.
Fulfillment On-Time (%)
Based on Partner Settings, SLAs, and Warehouse Settings, how many orders get marked as shipped within an acceptable time, without going into any Action Required status.
Time to Scan (Hours/Days)
How long, on average, does it take for an order to receive a scan by the shipping carrier after it comes into Quipt.
Requests
How many total returns did you receive within the selected time.
Request Rate (%)
Comparing the total number of returns to your total number of orders, what is your total return rate within the selected timeframe.
Timeframe options
MTD
Month To Date: "Month to date" refers to the period starting from the beginning of the current calendar month and ending on the current date
Last 7
Refers to the most recent seven-day period, ending on the day before the current day.
Last 30
Refers to the most recent thirty-day period, ending on the day before the current day.
Last 90
Refers to the most recent ninety-day period, ending on the day before the current day.
Last 365
Refers to the period of time between todays date and 365 days ago.
Color Coding
Green - % decrease between the selected timeframe's metric compared to the last metric recorded with the previous timeframe equal to the days selected.
Red - % increase between the selected timeframe's metric compared to the last metric recorded with the previous timeframe equal to the days selected.
In the example above, this week's total sales were down 10.1% of last weeks and Inventory value increased by 14.1%. There was a focus on increased completed inventory this week, which will eventually result in increased sales over time.
Reports
The middle of the screen is blank, until you set a report to display there. You can choose to display reports by generating them in the ‘Reports’ screen. Once you have a report generated and set to display on your dashboard:

- You can add/remove reports from your dashboard by clicking and unclicking the compass icon within each report.
- You can also remove reports from your dashboard by clicking the gear icon within the report on the dashboard screen, and then clicking ‘Remove’.
- You can have more than one report on your dashboard at a time.
- You can add/remove reports from your dashboard by clicking and unclicking the compass icon within each report.
