The orders page contains information for all of your current orders, along with information about the age of the order, the price of the order and the channel it sold on, as well as other pertinent order status information. Like with the other major pages in Quipt, you have the ability to filter the results of the order page based on channel, vendor, status, warehouse, etc. So you could, for example, see all Amazon orders made in a certain time frame, above a certain dollar amount.
If there are issues with orders, this page allows you to fix those issues.
Order Status
The orders page allows you to see all of your orders, sorted by what is called the ‘Order Status’, which provides useful information for knowing where an order is in the buying process. There are a few different statuses that orders can fall into:
Action Required
- These orders will always be highlighted in red so that they grab your attention. The following statuses fall into the Action Required category.
- Message to Merchant
- Message to Retailer
- Late Shipment Pickup
- Late Shipment
- Invalid Ship To
- Canceled by Warehouse
- Inventory Out of Stock
Open
- This status is a general status. These items are open because they are not yet resolved- meaning delivered or canceled or returned. The following item statuses fall into this category:
- Validating
- Awaiting Pickup
- All Action Required statuses also fit into this category.
Cancellation Requested
- This category contains orders in which the customer is requesting a cancellation.
Canceled
- This category contains all items that have been successfully canceled.
Awaiting Shipment
- This category contains all items awaiting shipment.
Shipped
- This category contains all orders that have been shipped.
In Transit
- This category contains all orders that are currently in transit.
Delivered
- This category contains items that have successfully been delivered.
Some other statuses you may see are the following:
- Pending
- Duplicate Order Found
- Invalid Carrier Method
- Invalid Pricing
- Invalid SKU(s)
- Invalid Tracking
- Late Backorder
- Currently On Hold
- Custom Code Failed
