On occasion you might encounter items which were published with incorrect details on multiple channels. The can be difficult to update depending on the channel. In these cases it can be easiest to push your product in Quipt back from 'complete' to 'incomplete' inventory status, and to rebuild with correct information (note: this does not work if you're syncing inventory via Netsuite)
- Search your item in the complete inventory
- Open the drawer and turn off any outgoing feeds

- Open the drawer and turn off any outgoing feeds
- Open the physical inventory section of the drawer and 0 the qty for any warehouse listed and then click 'Edit'

- Click 'Edit' under offer Details

- Select and delete the SKU number

- Replace with a random value, then scroll down and hit save


- On the next server inventory refresh (usually within an hour), since the SKU no longer matches the SKU in the 'complete' inventory section, a new 'incomplete' listing is instead created, which you can build out with the correct product details
- Please send either the UPC or MPN associated with the original incorrect listing to team Quipt. This way our content team can on the backend update it up so no no-one mistakenly clones/merges to the incorrect product in our catalog in the future
