Retire A SKU

If a SKU was built incorrectly or links to the wrong marketplace listing (most common on Walmart if UPC is assigned to existing catalog item), the SKU must be rebuilt. 

Open the item in Quipt,

Go to the physical inventory tab,

Go to “Edit product”

Change the SKU to "RETIREDXXX" to break the link between your ERP system and this Quipt catalog item. (Use unique "RETIRED" SKUs if you need to retire multiple items"

Update qty to 0

Then save through it.
