1. Free 3 day shipping- Please note all orders for the promotional SKUs have to be shipped 3 days or less. 
2. Maximum 30 SKU submissions per event
3. Account health in good standing

Locate Flash Picks promotion in Growth Opportunities 

Find Flash Picks on the top right. 

Click Get started. 

Review and sign the Flash Picks Terms and Conditions

Walmart Flash Pick events allow you to slot up to 30 SKUs for the provided time periods. 

Select the event you wish to participate in by clicking the Submit button to the right of the desired date range. 

Quipt recommends the "Add multiple items" option to submit your SKUs at bulk. 
Note that you can add one at a time but this is a manual time consuming process. 

Download the template excel spread sheet. 

Once the download is complete, open and fill out the excel spreadsheet with the required fields. The required attributes are:
• Item ID – The Walmart-generated identifier found in the Manage Items grid or your Item Report.
There is two ways you can find the Item ID.
In Quipt feeds, you can locate this from the MapID field. Use your filters and export option to quickly retrieve this from a Excel spreadsheet.

You can also find the Walmart Item ID from the Walmart portal in the inventory section.

• Regular Retail Price – The regular price of the item.
• Promo Retail Price – The price of the item during the promotional event.
• Available Inventory – Number of units will you have available for the event.
• Forecast Quantity – Number of units you can sell during the event.
• Will this be the best-of-web pricing and exclusive to Walmart? – Yes/No
• Will this item be free 3-day shipping or faster? – Yes/No.
• Will this promotion be fulfilled using Walmart Fulfilment Services (WFS) inventory? – Yes/No.
• Is the item Walmart exclusive? – Yes/No.
• Is the item a bestseller on other marketplaces? – Yes/No.
• Additional Notes – Any additional information that will help our Walmart Flash Picks team determine whether your item is a good fit for this event.

Use Quipt Dashboard exports to generate your regular retail price & available inventory. 

Upload and click submit.
