Walmart offers an exclusive Account Management assistance services for high valued Quipt Vendors. Walmart assigns a representative at Walmart Marketplace to overlook your account, suggest changes to optimize your sales, and boost your overall experience on Walmart Marketplace. 

Getting Started - Activation Program

For new Walmart MP stores, contact your Quipt CSM who will opt your store into Walmart's Activation Program. This program helps sellers ramp up for the first 90 days. There is 0 additional costs to the program. If you stay engaged with the activation team from Walmart, attending weekly or bimonthly 15-30 minute meetings, your store will remain in the 90 day program.

Account Management 

Walmart evaluates which accounts are qualified for Account Management based off performance. Each account Walmart will work with is evaluated independently. There is no specific milestone or metrics an account needs to hit before they are considered for Account Management. The Walmart Account Management Services Team is too small to add every account that hits certain milestones. We will do our best to use our standing relationship with Walmart to get you approved with an account manager.
