Walmart Marketplace Commission Adjustment Program (CAP)

The Walmart Commission Adjustment Program allows SellerActive to update prices on Walmart. This will have an impact Quipt's ability to update the pricing for items who are enrolled in this program.

Managing your items in the program

You can navigate to Seller Center > Product Catalog > CAP Management to download a list of your items that are currently opted into this program. If you would like to opt any of your items out of this program please refer to the instructions below.
Note: If you opt in and don't change the price in the Quipt feed, orders for those items will go into action required "invalid price" status. To prevent this is to standardize the price in the Quipt feed to match the CAP price.

Item-level Opt-Out Instructions
To specify which items to include/exclude from the program, you may download and modify the Item Opt-in file.

1. The Item Opt-in file is available by clicking the download button: Item Opt-in File.
2. Open the CSV file.
3. In the column for SKU OPT IN, change the value from ”Y” (for Yes) to “N” (for No) next to each item you would like to exclude. 
4. Save the file.
5. Use the upload section on the "CAP Settings" page to drag and drop or select your file to upload to our system.
6. Click Submit.

View Feed Status
After submitting your Item Opt-in file, you should check your feed status to see if there were any errors.

3. Click the CAP Feed tab.
