Keeping Items Published

Consistently keeping items published required continuous maintenance work, because many changes that affect your listing can happen overnight or in the span of a few hours. Below are some tips and things to keep in mind when keeping items published:

1. Regularly check the ‘Rejections’ filter on the Feed page in order to keep a close eye on items that are being rejected.
   1. Try to resolve rejections as quickly as possible. This will allow you to minimize the time that items are left unpublished on channels.
2. Keep your items priced competitively; some channels will automatically unpublish items if they are priced too highly because they feel it causes an unpleasant shopping experience for the customer.
3. Keep inventory updated for your items. Some channels have rules in effect so that when item inventory becomes too low, they will automatically unpublish the item to prevent it from being oversold, which would obviously be an unpleasant experience for customers.
