FAQ
- Quipt does not sync quantities, only order activity (both Amazon and MCF). This means you should add inventory quantities to the appropriate FBA warehouse in Quipt, so that orders do not require any manual intervention.
- If inventory isn't accurate orders can be caught in inventory out of stock (if understated) or oversold on multi-channel (If overstated AND FBA feeds are published to other channels).
- If inventory exists in both FBA and your physical warehouses in Quipt, Quipt will prioritize FBA inventory and the sku on Amazon will default to "Fulfilled by Amazon".
- If Inventory doesn't exist in Quipt FBA warehouse but is available in Amazon, Quipt will strand the inventory in Seller Central. Inventory must be in Quipt for FBA to show available.
