Shopify as a Channel Onboarding Guide
Use SmartSync to enter in the necessary sync information for your Shopify Store.
- Login to Shopify using Admin credentials
- Login to Quipt using Admin or Company User permissions (API User account will not be able to sync Quipt partners)

Navigate to Partner Settings, search for Shopify using the white search
bar, and click on "Shopify"
- Open Credentials and click the authorize button

Follow the steps in the Shopify Connector Tool shown here:
- You should see "Shop Name" and "Access Token" information appear in the Quipt Partner Credential section. The text boxes will remain empty but data will appear below.
- Test Connection and save. Use the Overall Partner Policies and Settings KBs to continue setting up your connection.
Adding a Location
- From your Shopify store home page, click “Settings” in the bottom left corner
- Access “Locations” tab
- Click “Add location”
- Name new location “Quipt Warehouse”
- Input warehouse address

Save, and when the page reloads copy the web URL string in the top of
your browser to Quipt.
THIS WILL NEED TO BE COPIED OVER TO PARTNERS > SETTINGS > SELLER ID

In "Partner Settings", fill out the Shopify warehouse "Location ID" in
the SELLER ID Field and "

field.
If you missed it: How to find Location ID:
- From the Shopify dashboard, go to settings location on the bottom left of the screen.
- Select locations
- Select your default warehouse
- In the URL of your warehouse, you should see a long numeric code. That code is your location ID.
Once you have filled out the required settings and TURNED ON THE SYNC. Enable auto-feed rules if you'd like and perform an "All-On" (if you'd like to launch individual SKUs, you can Skip this step and proceed.)

Q. How does Quipt manage Fraud on Shopify?
A. Quipt uses Fraud prevention via Shopify. When an order is placed, a risk assessment is made by Shopify using a value between 0 (no fraud detected) and 1 (maximum risk). Within Quipt you can set your maximum risk threshold (0, 0.1, 0.3, etc.), any order with a risk valuation exceeding your threshold will be held in validating until manually approved within Shopify. Quipt recommends a "No fraud" setting of '0'. To approve the order, simply add
