If you feel you have received an unfair feedback from a customer, follow these steps in order to have it removed. This will improve your customer support metrics and buy-box eligibility - both keys to converting sales on BackMarket.
- Send an email to rachael.mckasty@backmarket.com and include the order # and the reason the feedback should be removed.
- You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Note: Valid reasons for removal consideration include mismatched product by BackMarket, unreasonable customer expectations or offensive/abusive language.
