Here are a list of some frequently asked questions based around Facebook Marketplace:

Q: To get setup to sell on Facebook Marketplace, I was told I need to create a Facebook page, and a new shop. What if I already have a shop set-up on my own? Can I use that one to connect to Quipt?

A: Unfortunately, Quipt cannot use a pre-existing shop to connect. You have two options-

1.  You can create a new FB page, and a new shop to go along with the page. Quipt will then use that page and shop. You will need to delete your shop, and re-create a new shop using the Quipt tool.
   
   
2. You can keep your page, so that you don't lose all of your followers and fan-base. 
   
   *NOTE: Once you delete your shop, you will NOT be able to get it back, so make sure you are 100% comfortable with your decision.
