Channel Sync Guide
RetailCloud is a multi-storefront channel which will make your products available on their various sites; UntilGone, Pick Your Plum and Dailysteals.
Approximately 50% of the customer base on Retail Cloud are from their email advertising or affiliate links. There is direct traffic from browsing the site however they accounts for less than 10% of buying customers.
The key to success on Retail Cloud is Diligence and Engagement with their team.
Set a reminder to submit 10-15 deal offers weekly with plenty of variety or 20-25 deals every 2 weeks.
Keep up with their teams requests. Retail Cloud handles all customer service inquiries but some cases need a resolution from the vendor. Quick response time is necessary.

In order to launch, these are the required steps:
Launch Requirements
- Contact help@retailcloud.io to request a contract and vendor set-up form.
- Fills out forms and execute contract.
- Your profile will be built out by Retail Cloud and credentials shared for https://admin.retailcloud.io/.
- Login and navigate to "Vendor Profile" and click "Get API Tokens"
- RetailCloud will generate two different tokens, but Quipt only needs the Auth/Password Token, so make sure to copy this for the next step
- Using Quipt's SmartSync, "Connect to Channel"
- Our next step is to input the Token from RetailCloud into your partner settings for the channel within Quipt
- In the next section, hover over 'Credentials' and click on the 'Edit' button that pops up
- From Step 5 above:
- Copy and paste your Auth/Password Token into the APITOKEN field
- Copy and paste your Auth/Password Token into the APITOKEN field
- Ensure that there are no extra spaces before or after any of the text you pasted into Quipt, as this will cause an error
- Finally, click the 'Save' button to ensure your changes are saved before you exit the drawer
- Once credentials are input and Quipt can sync with Retail Cloud, you want to make sure all settings and shipping information are properly administered.
- Once all settings are squared away and you are ready to go live, you will go back to the partners page in Quipt. Bring up the Retail Cloud drawer. Find 'Channel Setup' > 'Advanced' > 'All On'. This will turn on all of your inventory and allow the Retail Cloud team to view and negotiate product placements.
- After this step, you will want to confirm pricing for your inventory is set correctly by going to 'Feeds' in Quipt and filtering by channel: 'Retail Cloud'.
