Channel Sync Guide

1. If you are not already a Walmart seller, you can apply using the following link. Walmart is a heavily curated marketplace, meaning not all suppliers are approved. Most suppliers receive a response within 1 week of successful submission. 
2. Walmart requires a Payoneer account for setting up outgoing payments. 
3. Once approved, Quipt requires the following:
   1. API Credentials.
      • Use Quipt's "OAuth2.0" SmartSync technology to connect your Walmart account with Quipt. Be sure you are logged into your Walmart account on another tab of the same browser you are using before taking the next steps. 
      • Navigate to Partner Settings > Walmart > Create Connection> Credentials > Click Authorize
        
      • A pop up will show and click start
        
      • Approve the conditions and save the pop up. Your API keys will show in the Quipt credentials section. Click save to move on to Partner Policies. 

1. Before connecting to Walmart in Quipt, please be sure you have filled out your default Partner Polices form. Once you have confirmed navigate to Partner Settings, find Walmart and click Connect to Channel. 
2. The two required values are 'Client ID' and 'Client Secret'. Paste the two values you copied from Walmart into those two sections, and leave the rest of the fields blank. Hit Save to save all changes 
3. Fill out your partner policies and settings.
4. *Please note condition specific policies for Pre-Owned, Restored and Restored premium support. *
   Condition mapping logic:
   

   CertRefurb + IsRestoredPremApproved = 'Restored Premium'
   CertRefurb + IsRestoredApproved = 'Restored'
   CertRefurb + IsPreownedApproved = 'Pre-Owned: Like New'
   Refurb + IsPreownedApproved = 'Pre-Owned: Good'
   UsedGood + IsPreownedApproved = 'Pre-Owned: Good'
   ScratchAndDent + IsPreownedApproved = 'Pre-Owned: Fair'

5. In Settings, find condition override options:

7. Use the "All On" button to surface your catalog and start transacting. (To get to this, you will follow the same step as above, but once you have clicked on Walmart on the Partners page, you will collapse the 'Questionnaire' header, and expand the 'Channel Setup' header. Then go to the 'Advanced' tab, and the first button under the 'Action' label is the 'All On' button.)

Note: A commonly missed step is after completing you Walmart Launch Checklist, Walmart will show "0 remaining steps. However there is a "Ready To Launch" button that needs to be clicked before the store is active. 

Before turning on the feeds in Quipt to create Walmart listings, ensure you have Walmart account settings and Walmart Shipping Templates set up.
