From Quipt, create an API user.

Follow steps in this link.

Name the user "*Company name* API" and use a "company API user" role.

API email username must be unique and not match existing login email
Log In to your Quipt API user.
Navigate to Applications.
Locate "ShipStation Connector" and click "Authorize" to the right.
Click Start at the bottom of the "Review Permissions Page"
The permissions should look like this:
Sync Requirements:
1. In Ship Station, you will find your API Key/ API secret Keys in your "API Settings" section under your account dropdown.
In Quipt, click "Change Credentials" to enter the API keys
Note: For more information on creating a Store in ShipStation, scroll to the bottom of this article.
Settings:
All orders to a single store?
Do you want your orders to be categorized into individual channels/stores or filtered into one store.
Options:
If you'd like to filter all orders into one store, select Yes and enter the default one Store ID from within Ship Station to the text box under the setting. You also need to add the store NAME into each of the channel's text box under the mappings section text box.
If you'd like orders to be siloed into individual stores, select NO and select the store name from the dropdown for each channel.
1. Pending Orders?
Would you like orders in a "validating status" to push to ShipStation. Note that validating orders have not cleared to a "shipment ready" status.
2. What is your preferred carrier?
Options:
UPS - "United Parcel Service"
FedEx - "Federal Express"
USPS - "United States Postal Service"
DHL - "DHL"

If an order comes through without a carrier/service assigned, Quipt will have your Default Carrier setting assign the service for you.
It is highly recommended that you select "YES" for this setting or some orders may not automatically get sent to ShipStation for fulfillment.

Options:

"Soft Cancel, Cancel Shipment" - This will push the order into a "Cancelled By Warehouse" status where you are able to reassign inventory, substitute SKU and have more options to fill the order.

"Hard Cancel, Cancel Quantity" - This will fully cancel the order and send a refund to the buyer. If you cancel the order in ShipStation, you will fully cancel the order with no options to fill the order once that action is taken.
Quipt Warehouse
Warehouse code needs to match the warehouse ID from ShipStation.
